In 2022, with strategic intuition, STA acquires Omnitec, a company from Rovigo that deals with the construction of electrical systems and construction of electrical distribution and automation panels.
This operation allows the Group to open its own electrical division and internalize a crucial service to guarantee its customers the highest quality standards and increasingly competitive performances. In this way, the complementary skills of the electricity division integrate STA's core business, already consolidated in the construction and management of water treatment plants and environmental services sectors.
The experience and professionalism of the Omnitec brand give STA the supremacy for completeness of the offer, which translates into the opportunity to present itself on the market with the widest portfolio of technological solutions.

The new division, dedicated to industrial automation for water treatment but not only for it, is engaged in the construction of electrical systems for civil and industrial purification plants:

• Use of calculation software and instrumentation for design
• Software development for PLC with remote control
• Supervision and remote assistance
• Laying of customized MV / LV electrical substations
• Wiring of electrical panels with PLC
• Internal workshop for the production of the finished product
